Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document and all related six6aff policies unless the context expressly requires otherwise.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on the six6aff Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. six6aff enforces a strict minimum age policy and will not knowingly permit any individual under the age of 18 to open, access, or operate an account on the Platform.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Registering an account on behalf of another person, or operating multiple accounts under different identities, is strictly prohibited.
• You must not be a resident of, or currently located in, any Restricted Territory as defined by six6aff. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you. If you are unsure whether online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction, you should seek independent legal advice before registering.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, affiliate, or business partner of six6aff, or an immediate family member of any such individual, unless express written consent has been granted by six6aff management.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the Platform, whether voluntarily through a self-exclusion request or through an action taken by six6aff under these Terms.

six6aff reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and residence at any point. Acceptable documentation includes a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, driving licence, or any other government-issued document deemed appropriate by six6aff. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

Account Registration & Security

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) active account on the six6aff Platform. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally to claim multiple bonuses or inadvertently due to forgotten login credentials — are strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, six6aff reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any balances or winnings held within them.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure without notice.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. six6aff will never ask you to reveal your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.
• You must not share your account login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — regardless of who initiated it — is your sole responsibility.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify six6aff support at [email protected] immediately. six6aff will investigate and take appropriate protective action.
• six6aff reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) before processing any withdrawal request, or at any point during your account lifecycle, regardless of whether a prior KYC check has been completed.
• Account credentials must be kept secure on your own devices. six6aff accepts no liability for losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their login information.

Deposits & Withdrawals

six6aff supports a range of local and international payment methods to accommodate Bangladesh-based players. All transactions on the Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). Currency conversion charges, where applicable, are the sole responsibility of the Player.

Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. six6aff reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at its sole discretion and without advance notice to players.

• The minimum deposit amount via bKash and Nagad is ৳500 per transaction. Minimum and maximum limits for other payment methods are displayed at the time of the transaction and are subject to change.
• Deposits are credited to your six6aff account balance promptly upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and network conditions.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and, where applicable, completion of any active wagering requirements attached to bonus funds in your account.
• six6aff processes withdrawal requests within a reasonable timeframe. Delays may occur during peak periods, public holidays, or when additional verification documentation is required.
• six6aff reserves the right to refuse or reverse a withdrawal if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms.
• Players are responsible for any fees charged by their chosen payment provider in connection with deposits or withdrawals. six6aff does not guarantee that third-party payment providers will not apply their own charges.
• All funds deposited on six6aff must originate from a payment account that is registered in the Player's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may result in immediate account suspension.

Bonuses & Promotions

six6aff offers various promotional bonuses to both new and existing players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms stated at the time of the offer, which are incorporated into these Terms. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering requirement for any bonus will be clearly stated in the promotion description. Players must fulfil the wagering requirement in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• Unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise, bonuses are limited to one per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. Claiming the same bonus through multiple accounts is considered bonus abuse and will result in the voiding of all associated bonuses and potential account closure.
• six6aff reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any bonus at any time. Where a bonus is cancelled, any wagering completed in reliance on that bonus prior to the cancellation will be taken into account.
• Bonuses are not transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash unless the applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied, and cannot be transferred between accounts.
• Certain games may contribute differently — or not at all — to wagering requirements. Game contribution percentages are stated in the specific promotion terms. Live casino games, table games, and certain slots may carry reduced or zero wagering contribution.
• six6aff may, at its sole discretion, offer seasonal or event-based promotions tied to Bangladeshi cultural events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, or major cricket tournaments including the BPL and IPL. Specific terms for each such promotion will be published at the time of the offer.

Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the six6aff Platform are provided by certified third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates according to its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing real-money wagers.

• Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology where applicable, or by live dealer processes for live casino titles. six6aff does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, six6aff will make reasonable efforts to resolve the situation equitably. Where a game round cannot be completed, bets placed in that round may be voided and the staked amount returned to the Player's balance.
• Players must not use any form of automated software, bot, script, or other artificial means to interact with games on the Platform. Use of such tools constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balance.
• Collusion between Players — including in poker, tournament, or any multiplayer game format — is strictly prohibited. six6aff employs active monitoring to detect collusion and will take immediate action, including account suspension and legal referral, where collusion is identified.
• Sports betting markets on six6aff, including cricket betting on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers matches, are subject to the specific sportsbook rules published on the relevant sports betting section of the Platform.
• six6aff reserves the right to void any bet where there is reasonable evidence of match-fixing, manipulation of odds, or any other integrity violation, regardless of the outcome of the relevant event.

Account Suspension & Closure

six6aff reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it determines that the Player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or otherwise acted in a manner that is harmful to the Platform or other Players.

• Accounts may be suspended pending investigation where six6aff has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, underage gambling, or identity fraud. During a suspension, the Player's balance is frozen but not forfeited pending the outcome of the investigation.
• Where an investigation results in a confirmed breach of these Terms, six6aff reserves the right to permanently close the account and forfeit the balance in accordance with applicable policy and law.
• Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting [email protected]. Any real-money balance at the time of voluntary closure will be refunded via the Player's original deposit method, subject to standard verification requirements.
• Self-exclusion requests are processed as a responsible gaming measure. Players requesting self-exclusion will have their account access suspended for the agreed period. Self-exclusion requests cannot be reversed before the agreed exclusion period expires.
• In the event of a Player's death, the account will be closed upon receipt of appropriate documentation from the estate. Any real-money balance held in the account at the time will be managed in accordance with applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

six6aff provides the Platform and all associated services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, six6aff disclaims all warranties, representations, and conditions of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

six6aff shall not be liable to any Player for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service — even if six6aff has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

• six6aff does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances beyond six6aff's control may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform or specific features.
• six6aff's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or related to these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the six months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• six6aff is not responsible for the actions, content, or services of any third-party game provider, payment processor, or other external service integrated into the Platform. Disputes with third-party providers must be directed to those providers directly.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Bangladesh law, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from the use of the Platform that cannot be resolved directly with six6aff support shall be subject to the dispute resolution process outlined in the Platform's dispute policy, available upon request by contacting [email protected].
